Trust & transparency

Why You Can Trust Sentinel Capital

How trust gets earned

Trust isn't something we ask for. It's earned through verifiable operations, public reviews, named people, and written agreements. Every claim on this page is something you can independently confirm.

The four pillars of how we operate

Pillar 1 — Public reviews you can read in full

Sentinel Capital maintains an active Trustpilot profile with 48+ verified reviews. We cannot edit or remove any review. 4.9-star average, 100% five-star. The negative reviews (the small percentage that aren't five-star) stay visible — we don't suppress them.

Pillar 2 — Named, reachable people

Our team is public. Founders are identifiable. Account managers are named. Anyone evaluating Sentinel Capital can speak to a real person within 24 hours.

Pillar 3 — Written agreements and clear refund terms

Before any client pays anything, they receive a written agreement covering scope of deliverables, timelines, and refund terms. Nothing is verbal. Nothing is implied. Everything is in writing for both sides to refer back to.

Pillar 4 — Independently verifiable record

Our track record sits on third-party platforms we don't control. Anyone can audit it. This is unusual in our category and intentional — we want prospective clients to verify rather than trust us.

What we'd ask you to verify before paying us

We mean this seriously: don't take our word for any of this. Verify:

  1. Open our Trustpilot profile. Read the 10 most recent reviews. Look for specific operational details, not just enthusiasm.
  2. Ask for the written agreement before paying. Read it.
  3. Ask to speak to a current client. We'll connect you to one who's been with us for at least six months.
  4. Cross-reference our public claims against external sources. They check out.

What we don't do

The category we operate in has a track record of bad actors. We've deliberately built operations around avoiding the patterns that define those bad actors:

Trust is built through consistency. We aim to do the boring, transparent, paper-trailed thing in every interaction — because over time, that's the only way trust accumulates.
